If you are not completely satisfied with your experience or your purchase, you may return an item to us within 14 days of your purchase date or delivery date for a full refund. Items with a discount of 30% or greater are not eligible for a refund.
Our return policy covers up to 14 days after your purchase date (in-store) or delivery date (online). If you decide that you do not like the product you ordered, we are happy to do a return or exchange! Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know that you will be returning your item(s).
As long as your package is postmarked within 14 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
